These terms apply to every promotional offer from Loue La Vie Exotics, operated by 9178-2243 Québec Inc., 3265 Jean-Noël-Lavoie, Laval, Québec H7P 5P2: discount codes, the birthday offer, offers sent by text message or email, seasonal campaigns such as "rent 2 days, get 2 free", and offers shown on our website.
An offer can add its own conditions in the message that announces it. Those conditions apply together with these terms; where they differ, the offer's own conditions prevail.
30% off the rental rate of a one-day rental: one rental day of up to 24 hours. It is not valid on a rental of more than one day, including weekend, weekly and monthly rentals.
The code is personal. It can only be used on a booking in the name, and with the email address, of the customer it was sent to.
It can be used once and is valid for 30 days from the day it is sent. An unused code expires and is not replaced.
Birthday offers are sent to customers who have agreed to receive our offers.
One promotional code per rental. Codes cannot be combined with each other, with another promotion, or with our weekday prices.
Enter or mention the code when you book: online, by phone or at our counter. A code cannot be added to a rental that has already started or ended.
A percentage discount applies to the vehicle rental rate only. It does not apply to taxes, the security deposit, fuel, extra kilometres, delivery, damage, fees, options or gift cards.
Some codes have a limited number of uses or a booking period. A code is no longer valid once it has expired or its uses have run out.
Each campaign has a period to book in and a period to pick up the vehicle in. Both must be met.
Codes are not valid on some dates, such as holidays and major events (blackout dates). A rental is excluded when any of its days, including the return day, falls on a blackout date.
The rental must be at least as long as the paid days plus the free days of the offer (for example, 4 days for "rent 2, get 2 free").
The included kilometres cover the paid days only. Kilometres driven beyond that are charged at the vehicle's excess rate.
A promotion lowers the price only. Every other condition of renting stays the same: driver eligibility, a valid licence, insurance, the security deposit, the included kilometres and the excess kilometre rate, fuel, and responsibility for damage, as set out in your booking confirmation and rental agreement.
All offers depend on vehicle availability.
Promotional codes have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or a gift card, transferred to someone else, or sold.
We can change or end an offer at any time. A booking we have already confirmed with a valid code keeps its price.
We can refuse or remove a code that was used by mistake, in breach of these terms, or fraudulently, and charge the regular price.
If an offer was published with an obvious error, we are not bound by the error.
We send offers by text message or email only to people who agreed to receive them. Reply STOP to a text, or use the unsubscribe link in an email, to stop receiving them at any time. Withdrawing your consent does not cancel a code you have already received.
